Luxury Car Business Refund Policy

At D-Lux, we strive to provide an exceptional experience with every vehicle purchase. Due to the nature of our products and services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency for all customers:

1. New Vehicles

• Return Window: All new vehicles sold are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our luxury vehicles, we do not accept returns once the purchase is completed.

2. Pre-Owned Vehicles

• Return Window: Pre-owned vehicles are sold as-is. However, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase for any major mechanical issues that were not disclosed prior to sale. The vehicle must be in the same condition as it was when purchased, and the return will be subject to a restocking fee of 3% of the purchase price.
• Restocking Fee: The restocking fee covers the costs of inspection, reconditioning, and any necessary paperwork. This fee is non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered if the vehicle qualifies for return under the conditions mentioned above. In the case of an authorized refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Timeframe: Once an authorized return is received, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refund Amount: The refund will be issued for the full purchase price of the vehicle, minus any applicable fees, taxes, or service charges.

4. Customized Orders

• Non-Refundable: Vehicles that have been specially ordered or customized to a customer’s specifications (e.g., bespoke colors, interior designs, or unique features) are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all details and specifications before finalizing their order.

5. Exclusions

• Refunds will not be issued for minor cosmetic issues (e.g., small scratches, dents) or wear and tear that is typical of a used vehicle.
• Refunds are not available for any accessories or add-ons purchased separately unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
